      I got paid to fill containers.

      Cons

      It just isn't a nice job or environment to work in. Very depressing for me. Schedule changes every week. Really strict about breaks / clocking in late - three strikes & you're out.

      Pros

      Great co workers, upbeat, fast paced (makes the time fly by), excellent pay, good work/life balance and the employee insurance package is outstanding

      Cons

      The point system is notoriously strict. You won’t start at 40 hours per week - hours may vary. Breaks are only ten minutes, barely enough time for a bathroom break
