      - Great health Care benefits 401k, and so on - Friendly co workers (sometimes)

      Cons

      - New contract - Now owned by the same people who own fred meyers - Little to no bonuses (use to be 100-500+ depending now it's a 20-100 winco gift card) - Not really employee owned it's just a trade mark

      Management will expect a lot out of you if you’re a hard worker. Sometimes they pile too much on certain employees.
