Pros

Some nice people there at the new location in Ft. Worth.

Cons

If you're considering working for this company here is what they won't tell you while interviewing and going through training. They have awesome benefits but they'll give you 40 hours one week and 20 the next so you're not eligible for the benefits. If you're 3 minutes late you get points, if you call in sick you get points or get fired. CAN'T BE SICK. They would rather you spread germs. You get two ten minute breaks to which you cannot go outside. You can only leave the building when your'e clocked out. If you smoke you can only smoke on your lunch break. Starting pay is 9.70. If you do drugs they have random drug tests. It's an awesome store but terrible to work for. The four days I worked there four people that were hired on in our department never showed up. Turnover is nuts. I thought employee owned, all right! So wrong. I was never told I would actually be setting up my department for the new store in Ft. Worth. A few days after I left this review on all DFW locations they are all gone, it's still there if I log into my account otherwise it's hidden.

Pros

Great co workers, upbeat, fast paced (makes the time fly by), excellent pay, good work/life balance and the employee insurance package is outstanding

Cons

The point system is notoriously strict. You won’t start at 40 hours per week - hours may vary. Breaks are only ten minutes, barely enough time for a bathroom break
