      Pay is decent for no education. Benefits are pretty good too.

      Management is incompetent. The company as a whole has gone down in quality. Values that used to be important are not anymore.

      Great co workers, upbeat, fast paced (makes the time fly by), excellent pay, good work/life balance and the employee insurance package is outstanding

      Cons

      The point system is notoriously strict. You won’t start at 40 hours per week - hours may vary. Breaks are only ten minutes, barely enough time for a bathroom break
