      Pros

      There is a lot of freedom with startups, but nothing great about this place.

      Cons

      There is absolutely 0 structure, being told to sell product and they would figure out what to pay later. Ended up paying 1/3 of what it should be. Company shutting down and shorting me thousands of dollars.

      Pros

      My ideas are heard here. I get to see my creativity come to life in our print and digital presence. I work on a very supportive and close-knit team that makes working for Win360 fun and rewarding.

      Cons

      Working with a start-up requires a lot of flexibility. Your day/week may not go the way you plan it out, so be prepared to go with the flow as things change. I personally like how each day isn't the same, but it may not work well for all.
