      Pros

      Starting with a new company is always scary. Everyone at Win360 was welcoming and supportive from day one answering questions and getting me set up in the role. Being a young company, there's less structure and established processes which allows us find out what works best for us not only as a team, but as an individual. Everyone is super nice and approachable and every voice on the team matters.

      Cons

      Being a young company there's not many extra perks at the moment but the team and flexibility make up for it.

      Pros

      My ideas are heard here. I get to see my creativity come to life in our print and digital presence. I work on a very supportive and close-knit team that makes working for Win360 fun and rewarding.

      Cons

      Working with a start-up requires a lot of flexibility. Your day/week may not go the way you plan it out, so be prepared to go with the flow as things change. I personally like how each day isn't the same, but it may not work well for all.
