Working at Win360 has been completely fulfilling. I've grown a lot in my role and feel supported throughout that growth. When I speak, I feel heard. My ideas and influence in the company are shown. I get to push the creative boundaries without being stuck in a box. I feel accomplished, enthusiastic and valued as a creative. The team is a group of intelligent individuals who are filled with knowledge on business and the automotive world. Management is fully transparent with their employees. It's a great place to learn all aspects of business. The people here are kind, caring and understanding. I've made wonderful friendships here. Osman (CEO) is not only worried about the success of the company, but your success as well. It's rare to find in a CEO who cares for your own progress in your career and is welling to give you the room and skills to succeed. He is willing to let you be creative within the space he has built and is always enthusiastic to hear your ideas.
