      Ambiente de equipo agradable. Café y refresco (solo una opción)

      Un solo día de teletrabajo con normas sin sentido. Sueldos incompetentes y subidas pobres. Instalaciones no preparadas para el trabajo. Cortes de luz e internet, Nulo trato humano. Personas con cargos mayores con actitud prepotente. No hay programa para combatir el acoso en el trabajo.

      - Company and owners treat employees really well. - Work environment is great. - Benefits are nice.

      Cons

      - Company designs products mainly for South America which doesn't require the same level of excellence as the US. The products just were not a good fit for the US. - Company wants to break through to the US market but is not willing to invest in the necessary service and product changes.
