- expect lowest pay. just get experiences and leave. - "feedbacks" for games are welcome, but managements ultimately decide what is good and what is not. Most of the times, they are stubborn and most of feedbacks are overruled. And they are not much of gamers themselves, so their decisions end up adapting feedbacks. - their goal is to make the best mobile game ever, but they don't realize that what they do is pretty much copy/paste of other existing games. There's not even a bit of twist. Just gathering different bits from different games.
