Pros
I was excited to start a position with this company. Everything I was told in the interview sounded like the perfect fit for someone with my extensive experience and high level of professionalism. The pay was just ok but more importantly I was looking to work for a top notch company.
Cons
After one year the true colors came out. I quickly realized that I was working for a very unprofessional Manager. The environment that the manager creates is hostel. There are serious issues of nepotism. Gossip, politics and even sexual innuendos are not only common, they are encouraged by the manager. If you mind your own business and do not participate you are ignored and treated like you are not a part of the team.
