      Toxic work culture. Bullying and harassment is rife. Not just one bad apple, the whole barrel is rotten. Riven with internal politics.

      Pros

      I was cross trained in every department at W James Wilson & Associates ,so it was to my advantage being given this much upward mobility in the company . I was an asset for the company in which I saved them money .

      Cons

      I truly loved working for W James Wilson & Associates . There is nothing negative I can say about the company .
