WilsonCTS is experiencing a lot of change and growth. And yet, the people remain the same -- accountable, trusting, timely, selfless and supportive. WilsonCTS offers the opportunity to work with some truly exceptional personalities and talents. In an industry that's fast moving, always changing and deadline driven, it can be easy to fall into a negative me-first rut. The folks at WilsonCTS do not. They treat one another with respect, encouragement, and they don't hesitate to lend help to others (regardless of level or tenure) when it’s needed.
No company is perfect, no company ever will be. We all have issues with various companies and jobs, whether that's benefits, compensation, culture or even the workplace. With WilsonCTS, I see the effort, the character of my colleagues, the exciting growth, and the amount of work my peers (leadership included) put in to making WilsonCTS a great place to work. I certainly don't speak for the masses, but I've had a very positive experience with WilsonCTS and am excited to see where 2018 takes us.
Cons
Everyone moves very quickly, with deadlines always popping up. It can be challenging to remain engaged with colleagues in ways beyond our tasks. But people strive to treat one another like more than role titles and desks, which I for one appreciate greatly.
