Stressful Work Environment - Anonymous employee Wilson Power Solutions Employee Review

I have a feeling the review previous to this one was left by HR/one of the managers who are hiring. There are some good things about the company but generally it’s a stressful work environment and you’re very highly scrutinised. I think I had a particularly bad experience here so maybe it is not as terrible in other departments but for me personally, I’ve never had a job that had such a bad impact on my mental health.
