Great company to work for. Constantly improving their environment for their workers. Very family friendly place to work.

A little behind on pay but they are working on that..

Most of the people are nice to work with as long as they aren't a manager's favorite.

Commercial management promotes the younger staff and blatantly black balls those they don't like, who are generally older. They also hire younger staff with NO insurance experience at higher levels than older individuals with an insurance background.
