      Enjoyed working with my colleagues.

      Cons

      High turnover of staff, no career progression or salary increase! Poor direct management. I worked a lot of overtime and never received so much as a "thank you"!

      Pros

      - Great people - Enjoyable culture - Work is appreciated and acknowledged Recent media does not paint an accurate picture of how the business feels on the inside. I love coming to work here every day and have done since I started. My work is challenging, rewarding and I'm inspired by my colleagues every day.

      I don't really have any cons that are isolated to Wilson HTM. It's a tough industry atm
