      Pros

      Great work environment, flexible hours where you can get a shift covered pretty much any time you need, and incredible earning potential for a college part-time job.

      Cons

      The store's systems need a lot of work and things can be fairly inefficient at times. It is in the process of growing and so things are imperfect, but it's a great store.

      Pros

      Fantastic pay, great owner, great management, your opinions are valid. It is the best job I have had so far. Richard Wilson is an amazing person to work for and he has such love and respect for each of his employees.

      Cons

      You need to be willing to work nights and weekends. Luckily it isn't all weekend, it's usually one weekend night and one weekend day. The store is closed on Sunday so that is nice. Other than that, it is great for anyone and everyone.
