Pros
A great team of people to work with and a sociable environment where I was lucky enough to make real friendships. Variety of work within the fast paced design team. Always busy with plenty of projects and there are opportunities for ambitious design graduates to progress their careers.
Cons
In my time there the company was expanding at a fast rate which offered up challenges. The management staff were always striving to work through these challenges with an aim to resolve these.
