Pros

They are still in business, they still do pay (as little as it is) their employees. They are closed on Sunday and every Sunday if off.

Cons

All jobs are dead end jobs. All that are advanced or promoted are related to or friends of senior staff. Good old boy network! Equal opportunity at this company is a joke that should be investigated

Thank you for the candid feedback. Since your review, we have a new management team in place as well as an HR department. We can't speak to what happened under previous management, but rest assured, all promotions are based on a thorough screening process based on knowledge, experience, and qualifications. We want all of our employees to succeed and advance as far as they aspire to. There are plenty of advancement opportunities that exist now and as the company continues to grow, those opportunities will multiply.

Pros

I like that we're in one building now but that has its pros and cons

Cons

We spent a ton of money building a new manufacturing facility in Saint George, UT. Problem is, we're losing to competition. They're doing it faster and cheaper. Our costs are much higher, our quality is no longer that much better, and competitors have quickly caught up with our ideas. Management cries about competitors stealing our IP rather than innovating and staying ahead of the curve. We're losing to the competition and I'm afraid layoffs and further downsizing are imminent.
