Pros

There are only a few pros the have free coffee in the break room. They now have direct deposit. A new CEO with a positive attitude is helping.

Cons

Non competative pay, very bad medical, no retirement, Horablie plant management in position by default.

We appreciate your input. It should be noted that this review was posted during the transition into new ownership. A lot has changed since this transition including: all new leadership team in place and a whole new (much better) benefit package has been put in place which includes the following:  Medical insurance  Dental insurance  Health Savings Account  Health Reimbursement Account  Teladoc  Vision  Group Life Insurance  Voluntary Life Insurance  AD&D insurance  Short Term Disability (voluntary)  Long Term Disability (automatic)  401K (we match 100% of your first 3%. You are 50% vested after your first year, 100% vested after your second year)  Free legal documents written up (wills, living wills, power of attorney, etc.)  Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 9 free sessions per issue, per family member in your household.  Travel assistance any time you travel for work or personal  Discounted retail purchase program for thousands of different vendors  Cost Estimator tool that prices out procedures and medical costs to save you money  PTO: 15 days on your first day of hire, additional day (8 hours) added on your anniversary date ever year until you reach your max at 10 years, (200 hours or 25 days)  8 paid Holidays every year I can't speak to the termination example you gave without more details, but besides the 8 people you referenced, to date (4/16/2015) we have hired 136 new employees since this review, helping us become the largest manufacturer in the County. We've also created a new compensation plan which has helped to make us competitive with the best manufacturers in the state of Utah.

Pros

I like that we're in one building now but that has its pros and cons

Cons

We spent a ton of money building a new manufacturing facility in Saint George, UT. Problem is, we're losing to competition. They're doing it faster and cheaper. Our costs are much higher, our quality is no longer that much better, and competitors have quickly caught up with our ideas. Management cries about competitors stealing our IP rather than innovating and staying ahead of the curve. We're losing to the competition and I'm afraid layoffs and further downsizing are imminent.
