Pros

The company is great to work for. Time off is decent and they have a recharge plan for after 5 years which is somewhat progressive.

Cons

The issue is not their want to take care of employees it's their lack of ability to do so effectively. They are either stuck in a position with less funding than they claim, or they are stuck in an outdated way of doing business with valuable employees.

Pros

I like that we're in one building now but that has its pros and cons

Cons

We spent a ton of money building a new manufacturing facility in Saint George, UT. Problem is, we're losing to competition. They're doing it faster and cheaper. Our costs are much higher, our quality is no longer that much better, and competitors have quickly caught up with our ideas. Management cries about competitors stealing our IP rather than innovating and staying ahead of the curve. We're losing to the competition and I'm afraid layoffs and further downsizing are imminent.
