Pros

I honestly can't thing of a single positive for this place.

Cons

Don't work here. Terrible management, worse insurance, no benefits, customer deception, bonus offers from management cancelled AFTER you accomplish the goals, insane focus on billable hours over recurring revenue. Zero professionalism or appreciation. 2 year non-compete as part of the initial paperwork. Working for Wilson Computer will damage your reputation in the IT community. There are absolutely no redeeming qualities about this place whatsoever. Also if you see any good reviews for this place, it's from management trying their best to hide the negatives.

I was able to work from home

Cons

Toxic management, controlling owner that cannot control his emotions, responsibilities changed based on the owners mood and he did not understand the scope of my job and never tried to, he brought personal issues into the workplace which is totally inappropriate.
