      Pros

      Slow and steady environment. Most people are helpful and friendly.

      Cons

      Internal Processes are still requiring improvements. Most of the stuff are done in a very traditional manner. Review is done on yearly basis, if you didn't fight for it, you will have to wait for the next year.
