Pros
This company has everything in place to provide a wonderful experience for both the client and the employee. Great values are in writing, meetings in place to better the company - looks like a wonderful place to work - for the first couple months. Administrative facility is beautiful. Clients are wonderful! I loved the work of the position I was hired for at this company. I learned a lot in a short time. I learned new skills, was challenged and enjoyed my actual job duties and interaction with the clients.
Cons
This is a company that could be so much more for the clients. From the looks of everything it seems like a wonderful place to work. Although the pay is low due to the company being a non-profit the satisfaction of helping others could compensate. It seemed like the more responsible worker you were the less you were appreciated by top administration. I watched excellent/amazing employees leave the company due to lack of support from the top.There is an unbelievably high rate of turn-over of employees at this company.
