Pros

For the most part, a fun, laid back environment. Fair pay— hourly and commission. Paid holidays, vacation, 401k and health benefits. Flexible and accommodating management. Most employees are knowledgeable and helpful when assistance is needed. As stated in the title- you get what you put in. If you are willing to put in extra work, consistently try to improve upon your skill set, and develop a passion for the job, you will be successful.

Cons

Moderate learning curve. There is A LOT to learn. The only training provided is by riding along with other employees— a chance to pick up bad habits, or to become overwhelmed. (Some employees are better trainers than others). Hourly pay is fair but commission checks don’t amount to much until you become an expert. It can take years to develop these skills, and more accomplished locksmiths will always get the better paying jobs (rightfully so).

Pros

You show up on time and do your job and I promise you will be taken care of. The only bad review I've seen on here is from an employee who was let go and it's definitely because they couldn't meet the requirements I said above. Who let's go of someone who is valuable to their company? No one. So obviously he or she never put forth the effort to become vital to the company or did anything but show up for a paycheck. Again, be a hard worker and be good at your job and you will be taken care of, I promise

Cons

Every job has cons but nothing in particular jumps into the front of my mind. Again, show up and do your job well and the cons are very small

Pros

I enjoyed working with the supportive sales team. The office environment was pleasant, and I enjoyed the camaraderie with my coworkers. We had a supportive team dynamic that made coming to work more enjoyable.

Cons

The job responsibilities turned out to be different from what was initially described, which was frustrating. worked at the company for nearly two years, but unfortunately, I found it difficult to get a raise or the support I needed to grow in my role. Despite my efforts, there was little opportunity for advancement, and it felt like management wasn't responsive to employee needs.
