-culture is great -ability to make a large company impact -can work with all departments regularly -international sales but all derived from one location -flexible job tasks/role -lots of exposure to many job duties and types, can get a lot of experience in an entire field

-still building a foundation for a documentation system -company is smaller and is still growing into one that invests more time into future goals rather than putting out urgent fires
