      Behind on up to date processes and ways to attract the next generation of talent. Old office/outdated amenities, antiquated communication styles, little casual dress codes, etc.

      Fast paced and learned a lot. Lots of opportunity for advancement, and hours aren’t terrible for public accounting.

      Diversity could be improved, but the people at the firm were great to work with.

      Poor training High turnover with newer staff Micromanagement Favoritism amongst managers with other staff Firm is stingy with mileage reimbursements. Expect to work over 40 hours each week even during the off season
