      Great company to work for, with an amazing culture. Everyone was always open to help you and they invest heavily on their interns learning as much as possible.

      Cons

      Nothing, besides that sometimes it was very hard to get a hold of HR.

      Light on process and standardization making it hard to onboard new employees.

      A very friendly and collaborative work environment - from early career engineers to high level directors.

      Cons

      Your intern work experience can vary depending on who your supervisor is or what group you are in. I had less "meaningful" work to show for at the end of my term as my supervisor was not very present.
