Pros
Decent benefits, good co workers, job security but that’s about it.
Cons
Subpar training;they don’t want to teach you so you’re stuck. No much room to grow or develop at the ops tech levels. Pay is beginning to become subpar. Management likes to micro manage and doesn’t trust it’s employees. It’s start to feel like you are just a number.
