Pros
There were some really good people working there, the company encourages community involvement, the industry itself is very interesting.
Cons
Very political atmosphere, sometimes hostile unjustifiably. Managers did seem to be on ego trips and not necessarily interested in mentoring their employees, nor in running a quality department. There are very few people there you can trust.
