      The office atmosphere is laid back and still everyone knows their job and does it well. Great work life balance.

      Cons

      Processes still need to be streamlined across the entire company to gain efficiency and consistency. Lack of communication company wide.

      Light on process and standardization making it hard to onboard new employees.

      A very friendly and collaborative work environment - from early career engineers to high level directors.

      Cons

      Your intern work experience can vary depending on who your supervisor is or what group you are in. I had less "meaningful" work to show for at the end of my term as my supervisor was not very present.
