      Excellent work-life balance and workload. Low stress. Good resources - technology to do job and assistance from others.

      Cons

      Company required travel expenses paid by employee up-front and reimbursed at later time. Gas industry is cyclical.

      A very friendly and collaborative work environment - from early career engineers to high level directors.

      Cons

      Your intern work experience can vary depending on who your supervisor is or what group you are in. I had less "meaningful" work to show for at the end of my term as my supervisor was not very present.
