      Corporate culture, competitive salary, good benefits. Encourages continuing education through paid training, certifications, online/on demand annual courses. Company believes in true work-life balance.

      Cons

      Lack of upward movement in company, significant internal politics. Management plays favorites over more qualified employees regardless of what he consequences. There is significant internal fighting between groups in the organization.

      Light on process and standardization making it hard to onboard new employees.

      A very friendly and collaborative work environment - from early career engineers to high level directors.

      Cons

      Your intern work experience can vary depending on who your supervisor is or what group you are in. I had less "meaningful" work to show for at the end of my term as my supervisor was not very present.
