      Pros

      Decent compensation for the market, interesting work, decent work life balance.

      Cons

      Flat department with limited upward mobility. Unclear standards for promotions. Leadership has run off some of our better lawyers by rewarding the wrong people. Morale is currently low in the department.

      Light on process and standardization making it hard to onboard new employees.

      A very friendly and collaborative work environment - from early career engineers to high level directors.

      Cons

      Your intern work experience can vary depending on who your supervisor is or what group you are in. I had less "meaningful" work to show for at the end of my term as my supervisor was not very present.
