Vacation time is good. Pay scale is generally low, but is on par for this country.
Cons
Management is arrogant, egotistical, full of greed, and show very little regard for their teams or personal growth in employees. Often they will let personnel go with little to no notice or indication by eliminating the position, then making the rest of the team pick up the pieces with no guidelines or direction. Then they will reopen that position one year later to avoid legal issues. They did this to a pregnant woman while she was on leave.
