Pros
Smaller company means less corporate bs. Most of the employees are fun to work with. Pretty good amount of holidays (if a holiday is on a Tuesday or Thursday they tend to roll it into the closest weekend) Expect to travel around every so often if you are an installer (can be a con too)
Cons
Expects the best out of you, but pays the least. Not much of a chance of moving up at all especially if you are located in an office other than the Tallahassee headquarters. Hardly any communication in the company itself (nobody knows what's going on until the last 24 hours) - get used to it. Expect to travel around every so often for longer periods of time (can be a pro too)
