Treated like cattle, rock bottom wages for skilled work, no work benefits, horrible management, no career opportunities, company will use any tactics possible to extort money from schemes, staff, and even their customers to balance the books and make things look better than they are. Unless that means paying the staff a fair wage then they're always "struggling" with some sort of made-up issue to avoid salary increases.
