      Pros

      This is a great job for people who need flexibility or are trying to get into a school district. You can check out which ones you would like to work for and get your foot in the door. The pay isn't bad, not great, either.

      Cons

      It can be hard to constantly be shifting gears, taking jobs at different schools all the time. You can end up dealing with some disrespectful students.
