2yThank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry you missed seeing Lou, our CEO, when he was at school the same day of your review. While operating a large organization of many programs with nearly 60 sites, the Executive team strives to visit frequently. The HR staff for the school is also there at least weekly. Of course we are all available by email and phone if you have concerns you need assistance in addressing.
All of Wildwood leadership, including the school leaders, are acutely aware of and concerned about the stress caused by employee injuries. The needs of our students have become increasingly complex over time, and their behaviors often more challenging, especially since the COVID-19 pandemic. This concern is being addressed from all sides, including exploring changes in class sizes, curriculum and seeking outside guidance on developing new behavior modification approaches. Additionally, we are working hard to increase staffing levels. If you have concerns or suggestions, we have an open door policy - just reach out to HR or any member of the leadership or executive teams.
