Some of the most intellectually driven and kind people I've ever worked with. Working on some frontier cross-disciplinary projects trying to accomplish goals with limited resources & timeline
Cons
Chaotic management, lack of clarity in communications, delayed project timelines and unrealistic expectations, which can hinder junior scientists' professional & personal growth. High-risk, high-reward industry, but overall risky to be in with ever-changing VC & consumer environment - days in the lab cannot compare to a single day in market.
