Pros

They pay fair and from what I’ve heard can give good raises.

Cons

They hire people with no experience to get their numbers up so they get a tax break. Failed to ever mention that there new requirement for overtime is 55-60 hours even though half the people don’t show on those days anyway. The 4 day work week is a lie and isn’t coming back anytime soon. First is was the end of the year, then February, now March and will just keep going and going. The CEO is on a power trip and loves firing people and just keeps pushing overtime. All they care about is appearances not people and anyone in management for the people have already been fired. On the floor it self, some of of the higher up people working there have huge egos and loves to pick on everyone and management just loves them for no reason. The shop is an unorganized mess where they order everything but what you need and it’s a like a tornado went through. The departments that don’t have work are just aloud to stand on their phones for 10 hours instead of helping. But they couldn’t really help anyways as we are constantly out of parts as all the machines are breaking. Save yourself all the energy and time don’t come here
