There is almost always an opportunity for work including overtime. There is a lot of room for growth and professional development.

This industry is very demanding and time management becomes extremely important to maintain a work / life balance. This is the closest thing to a con that I can muster.

This is the type of company where they understand if you go above and beyond for your work, the company will go above and beyond for you. With petroleum being a demanding industry, everyone involved ends up working a large amount; but with that, WildcoPES is aware and shows appreciation every way possible.

The only cons is the nature of the industry in general, as mentioned in pros it can be very demanding, however WildcoPES always makes it worthwhile to be involved.
