The ability to interact with different types of people and giving the opportunity to mentor, train and guide employees that where getting back into the work force. Also being able to give employees the proper training on cleaning correctly.
Cons
Having to cope with nasty attitudes and employees not wanting to follow guidelines due to them coming from homelessness, prison or other institutions.
