Pros

A multicultural and growing company. Lot of talented and efficient people. Friendly and positive work environment. Hard working employees get promoted. Also they organize a crazy party every year.

Cons

Istanbul is a pass-through city, lots of employees come and go, creating the necessity of continuous searching and training for new employees.

Pros

Unbelievable access to top-level oil and gas executives, ability to travel and live in every corner of the map, frequent stints at HQ in Turkey, wicked company party, opportunity to make good money

Cons

Extremely high employee turnover rate, stems from the fact that they really don't care about you, huge disparities in pay based simply on which country you are sent to, business relies on advertising

Pros

Opportunities to travel, access to high-ranking executives and industry conferences. A thin veneer of prestige over a cesspool of incompetence.

Cons

While working at TOGY seems appealing due to the opportunities to present, be aware that company managment is fickle, unprofessional and downright criminal. If for some reason you displease them, they won't hestitate to breach contract and withhold pay and commissions. Be prepared for unrealistic sales expectations and incompetent headquarters staff, especially on copy desk and in accounting. While the pay structure may seem appealing, remember that commission is totally dependent on what country you get sent to, and managment may simply decide not to pay you commissions if you leave the company. Due to the company's unusual operations structure, with an official registration in Dubai, main office in Turkey, and contract employees working in countries around the world, it is extremely difficult to take legal action against Wildcat Publishing should they refuse to honor their contractual obligations. If you decide to work at this company, make the most of the networking opportunities it offers, but don't expect to make much money or stay for more than a year, or two at most.
