      Able to work fully remote or hybrid. Nice team to work with. 2 hour break on Wednesdays. Private healthcare.

      Cons

      There can be communication issues with directors, leads and HODs, but there are no crazy big issues with big egos, everyone is fair and reasonable to talk to.
