Pros

The Leadership Team is completely in touch with the business, and are engaged with employees at all levels. This is by far the most employee friendly company that I have worked in allowing for a great deal of autonomy and creativity in my position. Senior management encourages and promotes personal professional development for all employees. Professional, hardworking and high integrity employees give the company a very high customer retention and repeat-business rating. The company is in growth mode through strategic acquisitions and just moved in to the new office space on Main Street in Speedway. The senior leadership team is loyal to employees, and has invested in them heavily.

Cons

With Wilcox's current growth, naturally there have been some challenges in upgrading processes and internal systems. However, attention and effort are being applied to the appropriate areas and the end result will be a highly efficient company in all aspects, from Human Resources to Accounting to Sales to Project Management.

Pros

The people are great and it is a very relaxed work atmosphere. The benefits are not stellar, but they are far from the worst. All of the manager are very flexible when scheduling time off, whether it be vacation or running out to pick up a sick kid from school.

Cons

Their is no new employee development program. Almost everything that new employees learn will be from Google, not senior employees. There is often a lack of work in two of the three divisions and rather than focus on procuring new clients and jobs, the focus seems to be on scolding the employees for not having enough billable hours. They also indirectly ask you to work as much overtime as possible to compensate for non-billable hours, including proposal time. The pay is competitive, but not great (Especially for entry-level employees).
