      Can't think of any pros.

      Cons

      Will work you non stop with no coverage in the warehouse. Warehouse pay is extremely low for what you're having to do. Non stop scheduling issues. Even if you work your tail off, you won't get any benefits from it. Or pay raises like was promised. It'll be excuse after excuse.

      Pros

      They genuinely care about the people who work, from your manager to CEO, they are people first in many ways compared to other companies. You are cared about as a human. Also, great benefits compared to other retail jobs!

      Pay is about average, but benefits are decent- PTO and great 401k

      Pros

      Had some really good coworkers for the most part. Meet some cool customers and their pets is probably the best part.

      Cons

      Pay is the biggest issues. Alot of micromanaging and "leads" who treat their people like garbage over the radio. They create stress when there is no need for it. For it being farmer owned it's just as bad as corporate
