      Great coworkers, fun job, family atmosphere- at first

      Cons

      It was a good old boys club. Upper management in the midwest would make bad decision after bad decision and get promotion after promotion. It wasn't how well you did your job, it was who sucked up the most. Could never explain how bonus amount was calculated.

      The company values their employees and the contributions they make.

      The headwinds in the Ag Sector are putting pressures on the whole retail segment. Wilbur-Ellis is having to make difficult decision to evolve therefore, employees are feeling the pressures.
