Pros
-Laid back work environment with little pressure (in the sales field only) -Not a bad place to gain experience -Employee ownership (not quite as much of a pro as it was in the past)
Cons
-Benefits are bad and pay is laughable. -Management (especially at the senior level) is completely out of touch with the day to day and the reality of what is going on in the company. -Long tenured managers are riding stock options and dividends to retirement, but not doing much work in the field or training the next generation. -Expect a lot of empty promises the longer you are with the company -If you work in the plant, forget it. You will be the fall person for any issues and all additional work will be dumped on the employees regardless of the hours required. -Zero work/life balance
