1. Niche Domain. 2. Small setup, so u know everybody around.

1. Company make false promises to everybody from vendor to employee to customers. 2. HR policies are not employee favorable, like 10-7 minimum working hours, if less than 4 hrs in office u r marked absent etc. 3. 2013 business is very slow for the company, company is not able to match even 20% of their sales target in first three quarters of the year. Its because of more promise and less delivery last year. 4. Attrition rate is extremely high, from Nov 2012 till now some 12 people have left out of 19 people in Oct 2012. This also proves false promises to previous employees. Every month some 2-3 resignations happen. 5. Senior managers are non-sense, dont have any technical knowledge about domain and only rely on fresh engineers to feed them some knowledge. 6. Increaments are political influenced, if you are close to senior manager or from his geographical region u get 50%, even you are disgusting as an engineer, but if you are not close to him or pamper him u will get 5-10%. 7. Founders are good, they shout sometimes, but they dont know whom to recruit for leadership role. Managers and Sr managers are ridiculous.

The best reasons to works here was the technology and marketing gyan that the promoters gave thanx to their experience. These fellows have spent good time in the good companies and in USA and India, best practices and good quality standards. great leadership and vision- no doubt

Culture in company was bad because of engineering culture was very poor. all engineers were not committed as much as leadership was involved. Investor fellows managed to shut down the company becuase of poor startup understanding
