      Good working atmosphere with opportunities for further training. Interesting projects where the city Vienna benefits greatly.

      Cons

      A good salary has to be negotiated in the beginning. After that it gets harder to get a higher salary - because the salary is strongly linked to the Austrian IT collective agreement. So negotiate in the beginning for your wished salary!
